7 July 2007 version of compiler ?BUG?

In the 7 July 2007 version of FNXBASIC, the FORM CENTER option seems to work OK under Windows 98SE, ME and XP, however, the FORM CAPTION option does not.  When I specify a FORM caption, the caption is left off the form when the program is run.

I see it is a combination bug. I`ve fixed the problem.
