FORM Borderstyles (Bug or Not)

Hi!

The form property "Myform.Borderstyles=BsSingle"  doesnt seems to work.
Is it a bug ? or I don`t know how to use it !!!!
Can I call APIs to my help ?
Can someone answer me ?
