= changed how AddLock works
?Click Menu>Control>AddLock [check is active]
?No changes to behavior MUST set before picking a control and setting OFF triggers the Selector button

+ added the code to put non-visual controls back at top/left during open [hack from Greatis DesignInfo Top=hi() Left=lo()

= complaints about XP and "eye-candy" messing up the Main Tool Bar.
