Help for Numerology Program

I am looking for help in a numerology program
I have different values from 1 to 9 (appearing according the initial name given, several times)
How can I tell the program that " Your name has 2 letters, value 3, Your name has 3 letters, value 5, etc, etc)
Done with stgStringGrid.Cell
